Your privacy is important to us. It is PropertyCareApp’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you through our app, PropertyCareApp.
We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.
Information Collection and Use
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used. We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, except when required to by law.
Payment Processing
We use Stripe as our secure payment processor. Your payment information (including credit card details) is transmitted directly to Stripe and is not stored on our servers. Stripe processes your payment data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and PCI-DSS security standards. We only receive limited transaction details necessary to confirm and manage your payments.

- We provide the functionality to read phone contacts within the app so that app users can easily add contacts to the CRM contact list. The app user will be notified to accept the permission before we read phone contacts. We do not store contacts on the server. We do not transfer, sell, or share this sensitive information with anyone.

- Calendar permission is used when an app user adds a reminder in-app and also marks a reminder to add to the phone calendar. The app user will be notified to accept the permission before adding a calendar event.

Security
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Data Backups and Breach Notification
We perform regular backups of customer data and maintain appropriate access controls to protect against accidental loss or unauthorized access. In the event of a data breach or security incident affecting your personal data, we will notify you within 48 hours and work with you to investigate and mitigate the issue as quickly as possible.
Client Portfolio & Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of our clients’ business information. We will not publicly display your name, project details, or related materials in our portfolio without your consent. Upon written request, and subject to our service agreement terms, we may remove existing references to your project from our portfolio.
